How do I set up an Ip camera and a Speedstream 6250 router so I can watch remotely from my laptop?

OK….

I have an ACM-4200 that I have to set up at my office. It’s connected to a Siemens Speed stream 6250 router. How do I configure my router and camera so that i can log in from at home to view?

Can I have a detailed step by step procedure please as I am not too technical…
