what happens if someone is caught on surveillance cameras having sex in a park ?

My friend is really freaking out. Can anyone help with this. She’s not 100 % that there was a camera but just incase there was.

If she finished before some body caught her then she would not worry.

  3. If you’re talking about any kind of criminal liability, don’t worry. Any kind of charge of "public lewdness" or whatever would probably be thrown out since there were apparently no witnesses who were offended, and they weren’t caught by police in the act.

    However, if you’re worried about the cameras because they might wind up on the internet, I suspect that if there were, they will, and there’s nothing to be done about it.

    It depends upon the local laws or codes, whether or not they are enforced and if the parties involved werer even recognizable.

    I wouldn’t worry about it too much unless the camera got a good facial shot.
