The bank building was destroyed. The tornado killed five people in Parkersburg. Two people were killed in nearby New Hartford.

There is a 3rd clip in other videos. (Annotated, Eyewitness, Raw) This is a cut from security camera footage showing the car driven by former Ontario Attorney General Michael Bryant ramming cyclist Darcy Allan Sheppard, immediately prior to Sheppard’s death from being dragged down the street, colliding with obstacles and being run over.

This footage appears to be the initial “minor accident” reported in the media. I estimate that Sheppard was pushed along the ground for over a car length.

This footage is from a single report on City News; however it was not presented in such a concise and condemning manner. I am concerned that this footage has been available from very early on, but has been obfuscated thru editing decisions. This has contributed to confusion and possibly unwarranted slander towards Mr. Sheppard, and unfairly protects Bryant from being depicted in a negative manner.

*** This footage is unaltered except: re-sizing / cropping to fit, brightness contrast adjustment for clarity, cuts between camera angles, and unavoidable artifacts from the video compression algorithms used on the source footages and youtube publishing.

The following equipment is used in this video.

A 4 channel MPEG-4 surveillance DVR.

A dome security camera.

And 100ft BNC plug and play CCTV cables.

We have placed all of our equipment on a table here.

Step one is to connect the plug and play cable to the DVR.

The male BNC connector on the cable very simple pushes and twists on to the female BNC input on the back of the DVR.

Next, grab the other end of the cable.

Attach the BNC connector to the security camera. Again, it simply pushes and twists on.

Next attach the power side of the cable to the power input of the camera. This simple pushes on.

Next, attach the power supply plug of the security camera to the other end of the plug and play cable.

Last, plug the power supply into a standard power outlet.

Police later recovered more than a dozen shell casings in the aftermath. Surprisingly, no one was injured or killed during the fire-fight. The bar remains open and no arrests have been made. Toledo Police are seeking tips on the identities of the suspects to be charged with felonious assault and are offering a reward upon the successful arrests and prosecutions of the perps. Tipsters are encouraged to call Crimestoppers at 419-255-1111 with any information on the shootout.
